HOliday at the Peak

Taking 2 babies for a holiday is really no joke. Instead of a relaxing holiday, it becomes a stressful and tiring holiday.

This happened to us on our last trip to Genting. This time, we went with my in-laws. Talking about my in-laws, my mother-in-law was really fantastic. She practically brought 2 bags of food and snacks. Jerilyn had the luxury of eating half the journey up the mountain and whole journey down the mountain.

When we reached, we had to wait 1 hour 30 mins to check in. Jerilyn n Jesslyn were still in their best of mood. However, after we bathed and went out for dinner, that was when Jerilyn turned nasty. She cried til she fell asleep on her high chair. In the meantime, Jesslyn fell asleep in Daddy's arms. After that quick dinner, we disappointedly headed back to the hotel room. However, the deafening noise from the machines woke them up and Jerilyn's first word was netball. So, we bought tickets valued at RM30 and played a couple of netball games. She didnt play with much gusto like last time. She was indeed very tired but still, she played for the sake of playing. Later that night, we only dozed off after much tossing and turning around.

The next day, we spent another 1 hour plus in the entertainment centre before we headed home. Daddy said he has phobia going to Genting with the kids. I replied that this phobia will only lasts 2 weeks max.
